What time is check in? Can I request an early check in?
Check in: 03h00 pm – early check in can be requested and granted subject to availability according the hour, for very early check in, we recommend to book the night prior arrival.
What time is check out? Can I request a late check out?
Check out: 12h00 pm – Complimentary Late check out can be granted subject to availability or with a fee depending on how late is the late check out request.
Does Las Alcobas allow pets?
Las Alcobas only allows Service pets with an official certificate, pet fee will apply ( 250 USD plus tax per stay).
What is the cancellation policy?
7 days prior arrival, for group reservation other cancelation policies may apply.
Is smoking allowed on property?
The hotel is 100% non-smoking as per national laws in Mexico, fine will apply in case of not respecting this policy.
Is there parking available?
Yes, 24/7 Valet Parking Service. Parking is free for hotel guests.
Is Wi-Fi available on property?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi connection on property.
Is there a resort fee?
Yes, Service charge applies as the following:

30 USD per night for Suites
Are kids allowed on property?
As our hotel is not designed for families with young children (no cribs, extra beds nor cots), we do not accept children below 12.

Yes, with possibility to plug a laptop inside.
